Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system
- Process employee data changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers
- HR Process Support:
- Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Payroll Support:
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Talent Acquisition
- Screen candidate applications, organize interviews and candidate communication
- Conduct first interviews and candidate assessments and strategically consult the Hiring Manager
- HR Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates
- Employee Relations:
- Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate issues to HR Business Partners or Managers as necessary
- Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and support
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related metrics and dashboards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced Spanish & English
- Prior experience in HR administration or a shared service center is preferred
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
