Your Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize Enterprise Content Management and Document Management solutions based on SER Doxis.
• Design and develop technical solutions, customizations, and integrations to support business requirements.
• Analyze, design, and implement document workflows and business processes.
• Collaborate with business departments to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support the company's digitalization initiatives by delivering new ECM/DMS capabilities across various business areas.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SER Doxis, including incident resolution, service requests, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Customize and configure SER Doxis components, interfaces, workflows, and business logic.
• Develop client-side scripting and server-side agents where required.
• Integrate SER Doxis with third-party applications and enterprise systems through APIs.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams to coordinate platform, hardware, and deployment requirements.
• Support testing, documentation, user training, and the transition of new solutions into IT operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ECM platform and related business processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Document Management Systems (DMS). Experience with DMS is mandatory; SER Doxis experience is highly preferred.
• Strong software development skills with:
• Java (highest priority)
• Groovy (high priority)
• Experience with VB or C# is beneficial.
• Experience analyzing, designing, and implementing document workflows.
• Experience configuring and customizing ECM/DMS platforms.
• Knowledge of integrating enterprise applications using APIs and web services.
• Experience with client scripting and server-side development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Business English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

• Hands-on experience with SER Doxis development and customization.
• Knowledge of installing and configuring SER Doxis components.
• Experience designing and customizing SER Doxis user interfaces.
• Experience with SER Doxis–SAP integration.
• Experience managing or contributing to document management or digital transformation projects.
• Experience conducting user training and supporting business users.
• SER Doxis or SER application-specific certifications.
• German language skills are considered an advantage.

• Senior: 5+ years of relevant professional experience
