ERP Application Management Specialist

Your main responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for international Sales Units regarding support processes and service requests.
• Act as an in-house consultant and central IT Application Management Expert for finance-related topics.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage external partners to implement solutions.
• Create and maintain reports and queries to support ongoing changes in internal finance operations.
• Provide first-line communication with internal customers on finance and general support topics.
• Collaborate closely with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support teams, as well as external suppliers and partners.
• Work alongside the operations department to provide technical guidance and partial administrative support.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• University degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong network and interest in knowledge exchange within IT and finance domains.
• Proven experience with SAP Business One or similar mid-sized ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of finance processes, especially within SAP Business One Finance.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP HANA or MS SQL.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as KANBAN.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 Teams and Confluence is a plus.
