Your main responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for international Sales Units regarding IT support and finance-related service requests.
- Act as an in-house consultant and central Application Management expert for SAP Business One, particularly in finance operations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage external implementation partners.
- Create and maintain SAP Business One reports and SQL queries to support evolving finance processes.
- Provide first-level communication and assistance to internal customers on finance and general support topics.
- Collaborate with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support teams, as well as with external IT vendors and partners.
- Work closely with the operations department, offering both technical insight and administrative support.
- Ensure continuous improvement and alignment with agile methodologies (e.g., KANBAN).
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- University degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience with SAP Business One, ideally with a focus on finance modules (SAP Business One certification)
- Solid understanding of finance processes and workflows in SAP Business One.
- Advanced technical knowledge of SAP HANA or Microsoft SQL databases.
- Familiarity with agile project management (KANBAN preferred).
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in continuous learning and knowledge sharing across IT and finance domains.
