Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

  • Implement, manage, and optimize tracking and analytics setups across digital platforms to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, automated reports, and measurement frameworks using Looker Studio and Power BI.
  • Administer and configure Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and cookie consent solutions (Cookiebot or UserCentrics) across multiple websites.
  • Analyze user behavior, traffic patterns, and campaign performance, translating data into clear, actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team in Germany and other stakeholders to align on KPIs, reporting standards, and data definitions.
  • Ensure full GDPR compliance and adherence to data privacy regulations across all tracking and analytics activities.
  • Support the development of data architectures and the integration of marketing data with internal business systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and documentation.

 

Requirements for success:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Fluency English (written and spoken).Hands-on experience with the following tools and platforms:
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Looker Studio
  • Power BI, including Power Query
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript for tag customization and advanced tracking scenarios.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR) and practical experience with cookie consent platforms such as Cookiebot or UserCentrics.
  • Experience with Server-Side Tagging implementations or migrations.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery and ETL tools.
  • Understanding of data architecture concepts (Data Warehouses, Data Lakes).
  • Experience in performance marketing (SEO, SEA, Paid Social) and marketing automation platforms.
