Your main responsibilities:
- Verifying that data shows accurate information and is consistent across the dataset;
- Responsible for correcting incorrect, incomplete, or duplicate data within dataset;
- Management of data cleansing routines;
- Standardizing data formats and correcting errors;
- Enriching data with additional information;
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team;
- Supports the rollout of Global Data Management guidelines (e.g., Data Quality Management (DQM)).
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Previous experience of Data Sourcing and Data Cleansing.
- proven administrative / office-based experience;
- Data Management;
- Reporting/Metrics;
- Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC data maintenance processes or with SAP MDG;
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel;
- Experience of using databases;
- Experience with JIRA & Confluence;
- Business fluent in English (German will be a big advantage).
