Data Cleansing Officer

Your main responsibilities:

• Verifying that data shows accurate information and is consistent across the dataset;
• Responsible for correcting incorrect, incomplete, or duplicate data within dataset;
• Management of data cleansing routines;
• Standardizing data formats and correcting errors;
• Enriching data with additional information;
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team;
• Supports the rollout of Global Data Management guidelines (e.g., Data Quality Management (DQM)).

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Previous experience of Data Sourcing and Data Cleansing.
• proven administrative / office-based experience;
• Data Management;
• Reporting/Metrics;
• Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC data maintenance processes or with SAP MDG;
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel;
• Experience of using databases;
• Experience with JIRA & Confluence;
• Business fluent in English (German will be a big advantage).
