Your main responsibilities:

  • Review and validate engineers’ timesheets; coordinate corrections with local teams when needed.
  • Report overtime hours to HR.
  • Create, maintain, renew, and close service contracts and maintenance plans.
  • Monitor expiring contracts and follow up on renewal activities.
  • Obtain Purchase Orders (POs) from customers to support contract invoicing.
  • Manage contract restrictions and entitlements in company systems.
  • Monitor contract utilization and identify excess working hours.
  • Create and maintain customer and contract records in the Fleet Management System.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely contract administration.

 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Experience in contract administration, operations support, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
  • Spanish – Professional proficiency (mandatory).
  • Portuguese – Professional proficiency (nice to have).
  • English – Professional proficiency (preferred).
