Copilot Support Specialist

Key Tasks:
- Provide 2nd level support for Copilot-related queries, issues, and user feed-back working closely together with 1st level support
- Troubleshoot and resolve Copilot functionality issues (e.g., permissions, data access, feature visibility)
- Collaborate closely with IT admins and Microsoft support to resolve technical problems
- Work closely with colleagues from various teams to continuously improve the functionality and integration of Copilot into other Microsoft 365 services
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials
- Gather feedback from users and report insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and the underlying cloud technologies, ideally complemented by initial hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI-based assistant systems
- Ideally, knowledge in developing Copilot agents (e.g., using Microsoft Copilot Studio) as well as an understanding of the necessary prerequisites, such as licensing requirements, permissions, and data connectivity
