Your main responsibilities:

Claim Management 

  • Pre-selection of complaint cases based on defect classifications in the SAP QM interface 

  • Independent processing of clear warranty cases as defined in the Group guideline  

  • Quantity difference, obvious wrong delivery, 0-KM errors 

  • Triggering of subsequent deliveries / credit notes  

  • Active feedback of clarification statuses to Sales Units and direct customers 

Quality Monitoring 

  • Follow-up of ongoing clarification cases 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Preferable degree in industrial engineering or business administration 
  • Area of expertise/qualification: Customer Claim Management, Supplier Quality Management  
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • IT applications knowledge: SAP R3, MS Office (explicit Outllook & Excel)  
  • Soft skills: Communicative, resilient, self-motivated and customer-oriented  
  • Level of seniority: <2 years
