Role Purpose
The role is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and rapidly delivering business process automation solutions (RPA – Robotic Process Automation) to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Coordinate the fast delivery and implementation of RPA solutions with immediate business impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate operational needs into functional specifications for automation development.
- Prioritize automation initiatives based on business impact, complexity, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure testing, validation, and proper documentation of implemented solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and manage incidents or required adjustments.
- Track and report automation performance indicators such as time savings, error reduction, and productivity improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of automated processes.
- Coordinate the activities of the automation team and ensure efficient delivery of RPA initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams during automation projects.
- Supervise project execution, task allocation, and delivery timelines for automation implementations.
- Mentor and support team members in process analysis and automation best practices.
- Coordinating and supervising the activities and team under direct responsibility to achieve the Company’s business objectives, in full compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as with the applicable legal provisions
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, or project coordination roles; experience in coordinating a department’s activities and leading a team is considered an advantage
Technical Skills
- Understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
- Basic knowledge of process automation and systems integration.
- Process analysis and process mapping capabilities.
- Familiarity with reporting and documentation tools.

- Strong results-oriented mindset with focus on rapid delivery.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
