Business Analyst

Your main responsibilities:

• Support within the central Controlling as a Business Analyst by providing reporting products (reports / dashboards) to internal customers
• Support within the Set-Up of a new Business Intelligence-Landscape of Jungheinrich (linked to the JH Digitalization Program “DEEP”)
• Support within organizational topics around the team of FCC-DA and the DEEP domain Management Reporting
• Help to set up reporting processes, structures and efficient methods to gain efficiency and proficiency within Business Analytics
• Help to curate standardized Key Performance Indicators – incl. documentation, definition etc.
• Support within multiple reporting projects / streams related to business analytics / reporting

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Bachelor / Master Degree
• Understanding of reporting structures, technical premises and the groundwork for efficient reporting and analytics services
• Very good communication skills
• Open, friendly and flexible mind set
• Ability to create and shape efficient and customer orientated structures
• Project Management Skills
• Knowledge about Agil Working Methods
• Business Intelligence Knowledge
• Fluent in English - spoken and written skills (German will be a plus);
