Back Office Support Specialist with Italian

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and process sales offers within SAP to support after-sales activities;
• Enter and maintain maintenance plans in SAP to ensure service schedules are up to date;
• Oversee battery invoicing, ensuring accurate billing and timely processing;
• Manage customer portals to facilitate smooth communication and service tracking;
• Administer maintenance contracts with accurate data entry and updates in SAP.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Advanced proficiency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate between internal teams and external customers efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
