Main Responsibilities
Customer Database Administration
-
Communicate Group announcements regarding the creation of new customer accounts (KH1).
-
Perform mass creation and maintenance of customer accounts and contacts.
-
Manage and update customer master data within CRM systems.
-
Support annual database cleanup activities, including:
-
Removal of inactive contacts
-
Accounts marked for deletion
-
Address and SIRET updates
-
Other mass data corrections and updates
-
Sales Hierarchy Management
-
Maintain sales partner assignments within customer accounts.
-
Add or remove sales partners (e.g., V4, V5 and other hierarchy levels).
-
Execute updates based on provided account lists or business requirements.
GDPR & Compliance Support
-
Process Data Protection Officer (DPO) requests.
-
Manage customer opt-out requests from commercial and marketing communications.
-
Update customer consent information in OneTrust and related GDPR systems.
-
Ensure compliance with internal data protection and privacy regulations.
CRM Support Activities
-
Process requests to unblock customer accounts marked for deletion.
-
Re-create leads and maintain lead data within CRM systems (e.g., SAP C4C).
-
Support users with customer data-related requests and troubleshooting.
-
Ensure data quality and data consistency across systems.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
Experience
-
Entry Level to Expert Level (0–5 years of experience).
-
Previous experience in Customer Data Management, CRM Administration, Customer Support, Sales Support, or Master Data Management is considered an advantage.
Language Skills
-
French – Advanced/Fluent (written and spoken)
-
English – Advanced (written and spoken)
Technical Skills
-
Good knowledge of SAP.
-
Experience with CRM tools such as:

SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)

Salesforce
-
Other CRM applications
-

Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Soft Skills

Strong organizational skills.
