Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and process sales offers in SAP, supporting after-sales and service-related activities.

  • Create, update, and maintain maintenance plans in SAP to ensure accurate and timely service scheduling.

  • Oversee battery invoicing, ensuring correct billing, compliance with contractual terms, and timely processing.

  • Administer and update maintenance contracts in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Manage and monitor customer portals, enabling smooth communication, service visibility, and issue tracking.

  • Handle time sheet management, including collection, validation, tracking, and reporting of working hours in accordance with internal procedures and contractual requirements.

  • Coordinate effectively between internal departments (sales, service, finance, operations) and external customers to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues with a problem-solving and customer-centric approach.

  • Ensure data quality, process compliance, and proper documentation across all after-sales activities.

 

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Italian/English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate between internal teams and external customers efficiently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
