Responsibilities
- Validate internal orders by checking document completeness, compliance requirements, and key financial elements, including rent recalculation for approval.
- Provide validation or rejection feedback to internal teams and manage shared mailboxes within defined turnaround times.
- Verify invoice-to-contract consistency and create new long-term rental contracts in SAP ZFF within agreed processing deadlines.
- Process early contract terminations, update progress tracking in SharePoint, and maintain accurate records in the Access database.
- Create or update SEPA direct debit authorizations and amend SAP contract details based on internal network requests.
- Prepare and process contract amendments, including transfers, flexibility changes, and other contractual updates in SAP ZFF.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or operational role (expert level).
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Responsiveness and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in IT tools (ERP such as SAP, MS Office).
- Clear communication and effective follow-up (multichannel).
- Team spirit and collaboration.
- Professional French proficiency (written and spoken).
