Your Main Responsibilities:
- Owns the end‑to‑end process design and ensures it is fit for purpose
- Ensures process compliance across all involved teams and systems
- Works closely with stakeholders to identify improvement needs and resolve process issues
- Monitors process performance using KPIs and initiates corrective actions
- Drives continuous improvement and ensures alignment with company governance
- Supports implementation of new tools, changes, and process-related initiatives
- Provides guidance and training to process participants
- Ensures process interfaces with other processes are clearly defined and working
- Acts as the main point of contact for questions, escalations, and decisions related to the process.
Therefore, a Successful Candidate Would Have:
- Proven experience in designing, building, and stabilizing processes in complex organizational environments (multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and legacy structures)
- Strong ability to create structure where little or none exists, including defining roles, interfaces, decision points, and governance
- Pragmatic mindset with hands-on experience in defining Minimum Viable Process (MVP) solutions and evolving them iteratively based on real-world feedback
- Demonstrated capability to translate process models into operational reality, not stopping at documentation but driving implementation with teams
- High level of ownership and perseverance, especially in environments where process work has limited immediate visibility or appreciation
- Patience and resilience to drive adoption over time, understanding that sustainable process implementation requires iteration, alignment, and continuous engagement
- Ability to work effectively with teams who prioritize delivery over process, and to embed processes without creating unnecessary overhead
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain the value of process implementation beyond “the model is finished”
- Experience balancing management expectations with the practical realities of change, adoption speed, and team maturity
- Structured and analytical working style combined with the ability to act pragmatically under ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear guidance, facilitation, and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
