Application Management Specialist

Your main responsibilities: 

• Act as the main point of contact for international Sales Units regarding support processes and service request fulfillment.
• Receive, document, and manage support and incident requests from customers efficiently.
• Maintain and update our ticketing system, FAQs, and other relevant documentation.
• Provide first-level communication and troubleshooting for customer-reported malfunctions.
• Collaborate closely with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support teams as well as external suppliers and partners.
• Work alongside the operations department to provide technical guidance, support, and partial administration duties.
• Serve as an in-house central IT Application Management expert, driving continuous improvement and acting as a champion for IT support processes.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have: 

• University degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent education level.
• Proven experience working in an ITSM environment with strong knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with KANBAN methodology, Microsoft 365 Teams, and Confluence is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional awareness of quality standards, with a strong focus on cross-divisional thinking and results-oriented delivery.
