Your main responsibilities:
Transition Management
-
Ensure smooth migration, process standardization, and operational excellence while supporting team members and stakeholders throughout the transition

Act as the primary liaison between local finance teams, service delivery team, and project manager
-
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards during and after migration
Process documentation & standardization
-
Ensure accurate documentation of existing processes and support creation of standardized workflows
-
Identify gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and compliance
Team supervision and support
-
Adopt and implement appropriate workflows to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and experience to deliver efficient and effective customer centric service delivery

Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through performance development, to support team members, and enhance individual and team achievements
-
Delegate and supervise certain tasks to team members to improve workplace functions and efficiencies
Stakeholder communication
-
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and escalate issues promptly

Prepare regular status reports and present updates to management
Operational contribution
-
Provide operational support to the team

Support testing and validation of migrated processes
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
-
3+ years of experience in a similar role
-
Proven experience across a range of accounting and finance functions, with a sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards, financial data processing and reporting

Proven involvement in transitions or migrations of financial processes between entities or systems
-
Strong understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GA) and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
-
Proficiency in English; is a plus knowledge in other language.
