Your main responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of AI governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
  • Ensure AI initiatives comply with applicable regulations, including the EU AI Act and other relevant standards.
  • Partner with business, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to embed governance throughout the AI lifecycle.
  • Monitor AI portfolios, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and assess the business value and ROI of AI initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and management insights using tools such as Power BI.
  • Identify, assess, and support the mitigation of risks related to AI solutions and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to AI governance committees, documentation, and decision-making processes.
  • Support portfolio and project governance activities related to AI initiatives.
  • Promote the responsible and effective use of AI technologies across the organization.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI regulations, governance best practices, and industry trends.

 

 

 Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, and the AI value chain.
  • Experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or a related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of the EU AI Act and other AI-related regulations and standards.
  • Experience working in an AI, data, or technology governance environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with portfolio or project management methodologies.
  • Confident use of AI tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and evaluating ROI.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable operating across technology, business, and compliance functions.
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a strong business focus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
