Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business domains;
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes to recommend AI-driven enhancements;
  • Prioritize use cases together with related business departments based on objective criteria and added value
  • Project management and coordination of internal or external implementation partner for development & delivery of use cases
  • Serve as the bridge between business teams and AI/technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and AI trends to bring innovative ideas to the business

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience identifying transformation and automation opportunities within business processes;

  • Strong business analysis skills (process mapping, requirement elicitation, documentation);

  • Awareness of Microsoft AI technologies such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Agentic AI services, and Azure AI Foundry;

  • Experience or understanding of the Power Platform;

  • Foundational understanding of Agentic AI concepts and their application in business environments;

  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP software;

  • Prompt Engineering and fine-tuning prompts for business needs.
