Responsibilities

• Own the further development, optimization, and rollout of reporting and analytics solutions within the operations environment.
• Define, prioritize, and manage data models for production, logistics, and plant processes as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Analyze, design, and implement operational KPIs for planning, production, logistics, and execution in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Evaluate standard functionalities within SAP S/4HANA and identify enhancement opportunities and business requirements for development teams.
• Manage testing activities, user acceptance procedures, and quality assurance measures for reporting and analytics solutions.
• Maintain and further develop the central SAP BW key user network.
• Support international production plants and business units with reporting, analytics, and KPI-related requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business departments, IT teams, SAP specialists, and international stakeholders to ensure a consistent and scalable reporting and data landscape.
• Design, develop, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics solutions.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, SAP Consultant, or in a similar role within reporting, analytics, or SAP environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and modern analytics and reporting solutions.
• Proven experience in analyzing, defining, and implementing KPIs and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Experience in designing and managing data models, reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of production, logistics, and supply chain processes within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage priorities, coordinate requirements, and support implementation activities across international teams.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
