Junior HR Data & Reporting Analyst with German

Your main responsibilities:

• Reporting:

• Preparation and maintenance of regular HR reports (e.g., annual, monthly, and weekly HR metrics, absence statistics, time balance reports);

• Ensure the quality of HR data;

• Controlling Processes:

• Support in the execution of plan-versus-actual comparisons and variance analyses;

• Budgeting:

• Assist in annual workforce planning, budget preparation, and forecasting processes Process Optimization:

• Contribute to the standardization and automation of HR processes

 Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Proficient in German language

• Analytical mindset, strong affinity for numbers, high level of reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive data.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills;

• Experience with SAP HCM is a plus;

• Several years of professional experience in a commercial role or initial experience in HR or controlling is an advantage.
