Your main responsibilities:

Reporting:

Preparation and maintenance of regular HR reports (e.g., annual, monthly, and weekly HR metrics, absence statistics, time balance reports);

Ensure the quality of HR data;

Controlling Processes:
-
Support in the execution of plan-versus-actual comparisons and variance analyses;

Budgeting:
-
Assist in annual workforce planning, budget preparation, and forecasting processes Process Optimization:

Contribute to the standardization and automation of HR processes
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
-
Proficient in German language
-
Analytical mindset, strong affinity for numbers, high level of reliability, and discretion when handling sensitive data.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills;
-
Experience with SAP HCM is a plus;
-
Several years of professional experience in a commercial role or initial experience in HR or controlling is an advantage.
